It is outrages. they charge outrageous fees and you would not know about it until you pay. there is no review of charges before you pay. their charges almost 50% of the ticket price. you can...

Was not helpful in the replacement of lost ticket. We had bought the insurance as well. The staff gave us the run around for hours and could not even give us a reason why they could not re-issue....

All I could say is Bad! Bad! Bad! They also know how to work with the credit card company if you dispute the charges. Stay far away
