We have a reservation, and so do all these folks... yet it took 2 hours to receive a car. Line out the door. Waiting for drop offs. Why take reservations if there are no cars available...

Yesterday we waited 3 hours for a car. We had a booking . Everyone in same boat. Slow check in . Still didn't even get a car close to what we booked Hertz the owners obviously dont care about...

I reserved an economy car for 4 days. When I got there, they had an economy car but they didn't have pictures of the car so they could not release it. I guess the pictures will show any damage...

The first, and absolute last time I use Dollar / Thrifty. Queuing nearly 2 hrs to get my rental pre paid from the UK. about 50+ people in the queue and pretty much everyone is on the phones...
