The store is dreary and dark. The person working there was friendly, but prices are too high. I've never purchased anything from this store. It feels dirty.

You need to change your hours. I got here at 10 am on Friday and your hours clearly state 9am opening time. I live far away and came because of the good reviews and wanted to find my new favorite...
