History

Thomas H. Warden has been licensed as a California attorney since June 1971 with the California Bar (#49847). In 1970, he worked for the County of Los Angeles as a Deputy County Counsel assigned to the Trials Division with emphasis on condemnation, personal injury defense, real estate, leases, contracts and construction litigation. He has a comprehensive background in family law, which was also started in 1973, and has handled in excess of 6,000 family law matters on almost every aspect of family law, including dissolution of marriage, division of assets, cash flow analysis of community property assets, dependency cases, and child custody cases. He has handled 26 jury trials to verdict and tried over a thousand court trials. He is experienced in all aspects of trial and family law and has worked extensively with forensic experts for accounting issues and appraisal issues involving many professional businesses.
