A new innovative way to get FIT and have fun!
Functional Interval Training are interval based workouts. Work to rest. There are no high skill movements or heavy weights. Anyone can do it and maximize their fitness at any level. All classes will last 1 hour starting with a warm up the proceeding into instructor led workout to keep you motivated throughout.
