History

Brenda has been a full time real estate agent/ broker in the East Bay for more than 25 years. Barry began his real estate career as a broker 10 years ago, serving his clients as well as the real estate community with a variety of positions within the local and state real estate associations. He was Pres of Contra Costa Association of Realtors in 2010 and is currently a Director of the CA Assoc of Realtors and Vice Chair of the Realtor Action Fund. Both Barry & Brenda bring to their business a high standard of excellence; Brenda with a MS degree in Nutrition from Tufts University and Barry with an MBA from Harvard. Most importantly, the driving force in their business is to make certain that clients receive the BEST representation available, from start to finish! The Zwahlen Team is passionate about providing clients with excellence: from listening to a client's wants/needs, educating , and negotiating the sale to ensuring that each detail is thoroughly and professionally handled.
