Yoga classes range from various levels of Vinyasa Flow to Restorative Yoga, or try our higher-intensity Boot Camp Fusion to get into optimal shape! We also offer a one on one Beyond Weight Loss program, Thai Yoga Therapy and infrared sauna sessions. We are a YA certified Yoga School offering a 200 hour yoga teacher training certification program. This is an amazing yoga studio where you get to practice yoga, learn and grow. Also, they teach fusion classes that give you the workout you need to stimulate fast twitch muscle fibers.

Tommy and Lori are great Yoga Teachers. We attended classes since November. They both are amazing! The classes are great!
