History

I've been teaching in studios for years now and realized that the best kind of yoga one can practice is dependent on who is practicing . This inspired me to create custom classes for my clients . I also realized how much time and energy it takes for someone to make their way over to a yoga studio after a long work day and decided that the best way to share the yoga I Love is by bringing the practice directly to the practitioner . I hope this makes it more accessible and convenient for the everyday person to take advantage of . I established my business this year , in 2019 , and am hoping to create many more years of history with you all .

Yoga is such a diverse practice and not always can you find a class that is tailored to the results that you are looking for . That's where I come in ; I customize yoga classes to meet the wants/needs of the practitioners I'm working with . I'm also portable ! No need to spend the time commuting to a yoga studio and no need to spend the money buying the gear you'll need to practice . I bring it all you ! Yoga is for everyone .
