I should know better - DON'T BOTHER WITH REBATES ON ITEMS, ESPECIALLY WINE AND LIQUOR, BECAUSE YOU TYPICALLY NEVER GET THE REBATE AND IF YOU DO, YOU SPEND HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS OF TIME REACHING OUT...
