HistoryMy name is Alheli. In April of 2008 my mom was diagnosed with diabetes which was very difficult news because her entire way of eating had to change. Since I have always loved experimenting in the kitchen ( I actually minored in culinary arts) I thought why not try and recreate normal dishes and sweets that she loves and transform them into something healthier that she can eat. So, in May of 2008 I started to recreate cakes and pies into something diabetics can eat with moderation. My first cake I ever did was a cheesecake and it was a hit at her party! So, 12 years later I have mastered most pies,cakes, chocolate and even marshmallows into stuff that can be enjoyed by all. I can ship cheesecakes and marshmallows.
