The Way Back San Diego is a specialized 24-bed residential program dedicated to helping men find their path to long-term recovery from alcohol and drug addiction. By employing various therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Narrative Therapy, the program addresses both substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders in a supportive environment.
