Built inside nearly 100 year old industrial structures one block from the beach, the Waterline brings together the best of Santa Barbara in Beer, Wine, Art, Food, and Shopping. The properties have been home to many unique production and manufacturing uses over the past century including military, aeronautics, car design and many others.

3.5 stars Food took maybe 15-20 min to get. You order at the counter. The fried fish tacos I got were ok. The fish was a bit dry and the tacos lacked flavor. The truffle fries were a bit soggy.
