1. The doctor is exceptional; she successfully delivered my daughter. The only drawback is the lengthy wait time before being seen. However, once in the office, the customer service is excellent.

Dr Vidal is a great doctor but the office isn't worth visiting at all. It's so hard to get any records or information in a timely manner and if you have an appointment, you'll wait 1.5+ hrs...

She is a good doctor bilingual , knowledgeable, listens . Area looks sketchy but parking is in the back , pretty fast service a mistake was made with the lady that draws blood but so far front...

They are nice but takes 3hours plus every time to get to see the doctor .... Even with appointment, will not answer calls as well ... definitely seek an alternative ( they can't do ultrasound...

Very bad service and they don't care about patient timing and they sent referral to insurance 2 weeks after my visit . Very unorganized office
