Ventura Townehouse is a multilevel, full-service rental retirement community and is located in Ventura, Calif. It offers living apartments that include designed kitchens, large baths, individually-controlled central heat, master TV connections in both the living rooms and bedrooms, and closed-circuit system for in-house movies and announcements. Its amenities include a fitness center, barbershop, library, 24-hour staffing postage stamps, laundry rooms, private banquet room, out-of-town trips, notary services, and photocopy and fax services. Ventura Townehouse provides various services, including three meals daily, personal assistance, recreational programs, weekly housekeeping, scheduled transportation, personal wellness checks, medical appointments and monitoring of medications.
