I love The Utah Inn, the location, price and service. Peter and his wife create a cozy, warm and friendly atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and clean. You cannot beat it.

Honestly not worth the money we spent for the quality we received. Wish we had read the reviews before booking. Pay more for a quality room in SF. It's worth it. Hotel is fine on the outside....

I tried to ask for a refund because I found blood stains on my sheets and front desk worker did not care AT ALL. Bed sheets were so dirty.
