Package was scanned to another person, but claimed it was me. Identification doesn't mean a thing here, since They can just give your package to another person without verifying your identity....

The lady made a mistake she scanned the wrong label.we found that the label show to her was not in use.the one she scanned was not belong to me the sender its from san diego address.we complained...
