I have lived in West Roseville since 1993 and the staff at this store has always been helpful, professional, polite, kind and friendly. I've never had any issues or problems.

I came here 8/7 to ship a gift that included a drink, treats and a sealed envelope. When the package arrived to the recipient the envelope was opened and he didn't receive any of the food we sent....

I've been to this location many times and they often have a line. Though the staff seems to get confused at times the service is decent.
