I literally hate coming to this store. There is only one person who works there that understands customer service and she's new. They lack any idea of service and are always a pain to deal with...

The previous interaction was a misunderstanding and miscommunication on my part. My wife and I are very grateful for this store. The owner was polite, honest, respectful, and kind.
