Super slow towards the afternoon. Employees are nice and helpful, although never in a rush to speed things up. There often will be only 1 employee working the register even though there is a line...

It's nice to have this service but they are terribly understaffed, most of the time. The young man who is usually at the counter is snarky and rude. We only go to this location if we have to.

Horrible customer service! They made a mistake & didn't even apologize. I think all the employees that work there hate their jobs.

Kayla deserves 10 Stars!! I literally drive across town to have her notary. She's fast & very professional every time. I also ship any packages out of this UPS store for the same reason. Thank you...
