Very friendly staff. Fast service. They provide an automatic kiosk. If you have prepaid packages you don't need to wait a long time. Parking is limited, though.

Very new location. They opened around March of 2022. Very good workers here. Nice and new store so everything is clean too. Plenty of parking because there's an empty lot next door.

This is the best UPS store in the Cupertino/Saratoga/San Jose area! This is the new location for the same great efficient UPS Store team that used to be in the same plaza as Happy Donuts down...
