Staff here is so friendly and helpful! Helped me out as they were closing when one of my returns unexpectedly couldn't be handled by the automated kiosk.

It's a UPS store. It's fine. Sometimes there's a line, not usually. Call ahead if you need a notary, there may or may not be one working that day.
