The girl working today was absolutely rude. Passive aggressive and slammed the box I was going return onto the scale. For the owner, if you find it broken may want to talk to her.

This is my closest UPS store but it's honestly not convenient. I've been here several times and the wait is always insane. They'll focus a lot on getting the Amazon orders out while everyone else...
