Untrained staff so I had to wait a long time. I always have to wait a long time here as they are understaffed and undertrained. Just use fedex. More professional.

It used to be a good store. Now, the employees moves sooo slow. Somehow, they are not efficient. I have gone to other UPS stores and I have found them to provide fast service.
