My favorite UPS. I won't go anywhere else from now on. I love how friendly and helpful they are, always trying to save you some money or make things more efficient. Great customer service all around.

Whatever you do don't deal with Agnus she has a really bad attitude horrible customer service skills . She is very short in conversation and rude . No patience with customers whatsoever.
