Wouldn't take my returns in the boxes they came in, said I needed to pay at least $15 for an outer box and was not pleasant about it. Never had these issues at the Slauson store.

Service was quick and easy. The multitasking was not easy though however I also understood. Got out quick and package was shipped and received with no damages or issues !

USELESS!!!! The middle aged white man with long hair, refused to take my package for no reason! After I asked what I can do to fix it he just stood there with his arms crossed and said nothing....

Hands down the best UPS store I've gone to. They are all independently owned! Shouts outs to the good majority Asian crew up there as well. Never an issue. Wifi is spotty.
