Horrible outsourced customer service! There are a plethora of articles condemning plastic bags; however, EVERY day the paper arrives in one. Often, I get two bags! At least grocery market bags...

Horrible customer service. The worst for any company I have ever dealt with. The digital subscription price went up 20% for the new year. I am cancelling my subscription.
