History
Growing up, my father had a catering company. People would always go nutz for his Tahitian Vanilla Bean Cheese Strudel. It really made an impression on me. Years later I had moved to California and came to the realization that my father's strudel would be a hit out here among the foodie crowd. I called him up and asked if he would be interested in moving out to California from NJ. Sure enough he was into the idea. Here we are today, roughly 4 years later, and I was right, people love strudel! Currently we operate in Santa Rosa and Lake Tahoe areas. Always looking for more people to enjoy our strudel.

So this strudel, is really like the best cheesecakes in the world wrapped in Phyllo dough and jazzed up on top. They last forever in the freezer. I take occasional small slices and keep it frozen....
