History
Growing up, my father had a catering company. People would always go nutz for his Tahitian Vanilla Bean Cheese Strudel. It really made an impression on me. Years later I had moved to California and came to the realization that my father's strudel would be a hit out here among the foodie crowd. I called him up and asked if he would be interested in moving out to California from NJ. Sure enough he was into the idea. Here we are today, roughly 4 years later, and I was right, people love strudel! Currently we operate in Santa Rosa and Lake Tahoe areas. Always looking for more people to enjoy our strudel.
