Roaches and blaming it on every tenant there. New residents or long term. The managers need to tent the whole buildings!!!

Worst Maintenance man ever!!! This building has a LOT of problems everything seems to be breaking taps, fridge, mold, damp lots and lots of cockroaches fill the entire apartment and hallway...

My girlfriend lived there for year and during this time, management changed twice. The current management is non responsive and definitely not tenant focused. Parking on side streets is tough...

I have been living here for about a year now. If you can avoid it I will say do so at all cost. The water is shut down every other day. The company was taken over by Moss Company a few months back...
