Why no refund or store credit at this store? You have large sign posted on the front of your register telling costumers NO REFUNDS. On top of that you don't allow people to try on clothing....

I donate to this business and I've also shopped the Santa Monica store. I believe in the SA mission statement and respect the rehab & work program they run.
