HistoryAlliance Tae Kwon Do Center was established in 2001 by the Ayres Family to promote the study of taekwondo while balancing the lifelong necessity for healthful physical fitness while incorporating the traditional aspects of the sport. ATC was located in Spring Valley, CA until December 2014 and relocated to our present address in La Mesa by January 2015. Our Instructors are Kukkiwon Certified Dan Holders. ATC is a USAT member school. In 2013, RiPE was developed by Justin Ayres in motivation to provide and to help people achieve their fitness goals and to expand training systems with minimal distractions of commercialized gyms.SpecialtiesSpecializes in Olympic style taekwondo sparring, both traditional and sport poomsae. Competes in WTF, PATU, USAT, and CUTA sanctioned events; local, state, national, and international. We also specialize in one-on-one personal training and group circuit training while integrating physical fitness, and proper mechanics to guarantee client's safety.
