The Promenade Shops at Orchard Valley

The Promenade Shops at Orchard Valley is an outdoor Lifestyle Center located on CA-120, which is the intersection roadway for I-5 and Hwy 99 in Manteca, CA. The center is located approximately 18 miles northwest of Modesto, CA, and 16 miles south of Stockton, CA. The Promenade Shops at Orchard Valley opened Phase I in 2008 with the first Bass Pro Shops in Northern California along with the AMC Showplace Manteca 16 Theatre. Other anchor tenants followed, including JCPenney, Hampton Inn, and Red Robin. Phase II of the development currently includes a mix of specialty stores along with restaurants and fast casual dining. Today, The Promenade Shops at Orchard Valley offers value-oriented and name-brand shopping with the stores, dining, and entertainment listed as some of the best things to do when visiting the area, and we are just up the road from Great Wolf Lodge.
