After over 10 years of working from home helping people with nutrition online and on the phone, we decided we wanted to get into our own community and provide a healthy alternative to fast food! With a vision to help improve the nutritional habits of the Placentia-Yorba Linda-Brea communities we have had to honor of serving the community for the past 10 years! We are best known for our shakes that range from healthy meal replacements to post-workout recovery! Our shakes range from 170-280 calories and 17-33grams of protein! Our Power Teas will supercharge your day! Less than 20 calories and zero sugar (stevia based flavorings)!! B vitamins and a healthy amount of caffeine (less than 2cups of coffee) but they pack a punch and keep you energized all day!

I love this place, I come here almost everyday! The staff is so friendly and helpful. I've had nothing but great shakes and teas. Recently, was suggested to try the protein balls (so good!)....
