History
Barbara started her career in Sonoma County where she quickly gained a reputation for fresh, romantic bridal hair. Barbara is a specialist in transformation -- from hair extensions, color, cuts, and styling -- all custom tailored to each client's unique look. While continuing to work as a highly sought after stylist in the North Bay Area, she took her vision and talents to San Francisco and made a splash right away, being featured in 7x7 Magazine as one of San Francisco's top colorists and Style Me Pretty Bridal Blog. After a fun and productive two years in San Francisco, Barb felt herself drawn to create her own space in her hometown of Petaluma. She returns to the North Bay, bringing new insights to her relationships with her clients. Drawing on her extensive training in San Francisco, Los Angeles, and New York and her experience as an Educator for R+Co, The Pine is the embodiment of her vision of a perfect client experience.
