She has devoted her considerable skills to fighting for the rights of the disenfranchised.Melissa is a zealous advocate who understands that every case is a person's life. She has prosecuted or settled claims in courthouses across the state, as well as every major arbitration service. She is also on a first-name basis with many of southern California's most acclaimed employment law mediators, including retired judges. She was awarded the 2015 Rising Stars Award by Super Lawyers. She is active in the legal community through California Employment Lawyers Association, Orange County Bar Association, Orange County Women Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association, and Avvo. She is also active with Whittier Law School many public programs.
