Update 2021. Rent has been raised on tenants during the pandemic. Management does not know how to maintain or up keep a clean complex.

This has been the worst complex I have lived in. I should've known i was going to be miserable since day 1. When we received our keys the water was shut off for maintenance, 2 weeks into moving in...

This place sucks dog shit everywhere we get a new manager every few months , what pisses me off the most i pay my rent on time in an envelope drop it off and for the past 2 months they dont charge...

Nice property in a great area. Fairly priced, cozy apartments. Plus having a pool is nothing to frown about. Property manager, Lawson, was very welcoming and insightful. Looking forward to moving in.
