The Oaks Restaurant is nestled in the quaint town of Angelus Oaks, directly along side Highway 38. This town formally known as Camp Angelus is a heavenly place to be, home to tall pines, cedars, oaks and abundant wildlife. The original Restaurant and Lodge, then known as Glen Lodge, was here from 1946 to 1980 when it burned down. The current log style restaurant you now sit in was built in its place. The Oaks is named for the fifty foot oak tree that once grew on the site. Whether you are enjoying the many local recreational activities, live nearby, or are just passing through, we extend a warm welcome, from our family to yours. Owned and operated by the Berens family since 2004, we look forward to having you dine with us often go enjoy the food and atmosphere in this special and historic restaurant on the mountain.
