History

I began my career in Frankfurt Germany in 1983 and continued working as an apprentice for a nationally known floor shop in Seattle. After moving to the Bay Area in 1985, I served another 4 year union apprenticeship. In 1989, I opened up shop as The Oak Floors of Marco. Education of course, is always ongoing and I am certified in the installation of several floor systems.

Specialties

I operate a one man operation. I do everything from answer the phone to applying your finish. I have successfully used crews and managed large shops but have settled on this niche as the one way that you can be guaranteed that my standards will be applied to your floor. I do not have unhappy customers. I sell and install all types of wood flooring including laminate, engineered and solids. I provide dustless sanding and recoats of site-finished, pre-finished and laminate surfaces. Serving San Jose and Silicon Valley, including: Atherton, Campbell, Cupertino, Los Altos, Los Gatos, Menlo Park, Morgan Hill, Mountain View, Palo Alto, Portola Valley, Redwood City, Santa Clara, Saratoga, Sunnyvale, and Woodside.
