We toured last month. Someone had broken into one of the vacant apartments through the window, and it looked like they were living there for awhile. Trash bags full of garbage and human feces,...

A really good resident manager is not the "norm", but we would certainly bestow that honor on Sierra, the resident-in-charge when we were planning to move from The Oaks at River College....

I have yet been at a perfect apartment and I probably can't afford it. But if you want a nice spread out complex with management that addresses problems and maintains a quiet and family oriented...
