Our Founder, Executive Chef, who is Le Cordon Bleu Alumni has worked under some of the most classically trained Master Chefs in Los Angeles. With all his knowledge in French, Italian, & Southern Culinary Arts he has taken his talents to the next level into creating what The Notorious Chef LLC is known as today. All of our staff is highly trained in fine dining with many being recruited from Culinary institutions. You can say we really have a dedication for perfection.
