Helena Noonan started as a real estate listing agent selling luxury real estate in Miami in 2000 and founded The Noonan Team in 2006 with her husband Shawn Noonan in response to the market conditions that precipitated the collapse of the real estate and financial markets in 2007. Capitalizing on some of their unique relationships in banking and finance, they developed customized strategies for banks and hedge funds to help them sell the high numbers of foreclosed properties that had suddenly hit the market. They leveraged that unparalleled experience when they made a return to the coastal markets in 2012. Their varied entrepreneurial backgrounds have ranged from fashion design to healthcare and have given them a unique insight into the traditional approach to real estate marketing and sales.
