Went to get my gel polish off and the lady filed my nails down paper thin and tops of my nail were ultra rough and just left them after I asked her to smooth them out, broke two within 24 hours....

Avoid this shop! It recently changed owners and they harassed the old staff and forced them out. They are telling customers that Van and Kathy are on vacation. Wrong! They moved to The Nails Stop...
