Prometheus was founded in 1965 to fill a missing space in the apartment industry: quality of design, product and management, with attention to every detail, big and small. We hold our properties long-term and make every decision with the purpose to withstand the test of time. It may sound basic, but while our industry has grown more sophisticated over these 50 years, we still see the same opportunity to this day.
