The Madnani Theater, formerly known as the Lex Theater, opened its doors in Fall 2022 and serves as a vibrant performance and engagement space for the Hollywood Schoolhouse and the local community. This fully renovated 49-seat black box-style theater is designed to accommodate a variety of events, including productions, classes, auditions, and film screenings.

With a mission to foster community and support artistic expression, The Madnani Theater emphasizes diversity and collaboration within its programs. Its establishment was made possible through the generous contributions of the Madnani Family Trust, the Ahmanson Foundation, and other private donors committed to enhancing the cultural landscape of the area.
