They claim to be open 7 days a week 9am-6pm but they never answer the phone or open their office .its almost 10 am and still not open.there were a bunch of cars waiting for this place to open...

I measured the "5x5" unit and the usable storage area is actually 60in wide x 51in deep, short of 5 ft by 9 inches.
