Our law firm was established in 1978 by our founder and senior trial counsel, David P. Beeson. Since 1978 this office has been dedicated to helping people in San Diego, California who have been seriously injured or have lost a loved on due to an accident. Our attorneys have experience in many types of cases and injury events ranging from traffic accidents to dog attacks to wrongful death cases. We handle serious injury cases involving brain injury, Complex Regional Pain Syndrome, amputations, fractures, loss of senses including sight, hearing, touch, smell and taste, scarring and disfigurement, burn injuries and psychological and emotional distress claims. Our Family Law Division represents individuals involved in divorce or other family law type matters. We handle property division and child and spousal support cases. For over 1/3 of a century this law firm has had the great pleasure and honor of helping people in their legal matters.
