Attorney Dan Epperly is a retired Sheriff Deputy with over 20 years of experience in public safety. Dan is a certified specialist in Workers' Compensation Law. Attorney Ron Maass is a retired Police Captain who has been practicing workers' compensation law as part of our firm since 2019. Mr. Maass has been an attorney since 2002 and previously handled estate planning. With offices in Fresno County and Los Angeles County, we are honored to represent Public Safety Personnel throughout the State of California.
Specialties
We represent persons injured at work as well as the dependents of persons killed at work. The majority of our clients are Peace Officers and First Responders (including Security Officers, EMT's, and Correctional/Probation Personnel) however we also represent civilian workers on a case-by-case basis.
