This is the absolute worst place that I have ever lived. Don't be fooled by the fact that it's near the water... It does have a beautiful view. However, the parking situation is absolutely awful....

This place sucks. DO NOT MOVE HERE. One star is for the Maintenance team at The Landing - they are excellent. Aside from that, customer service here is a joke and there is no consistent on-site...
