The Lafayette is one of the first projects to be built as part of the Tasman East Specific Plan in Santa Clara. Horrible experience--dysfunctional and completely incompetent. No one picks up the phone, no one returns calls or emails, and you can't get any assistance. You have to personally go to the office...
