HistoryCognitive Therapy Solutions is an evolution of the private practice of Richard Zahn PsyD, LMFT. The practice began in Orange County California. Dr. Zahn's private practice focused on helping individuals experiencing depression and anxiety and also focused on marital counseling. In addition to the private practice, Dr. Zahn was on staff as a clinical supervisor for Cal State Long Beach in the Disabled Students Center. Dr. Zahn was also contracted to provide supervision and trying to psychology graduate students for several non-profit organizations. The business moved to Northern California in 2002 and now has locations in El Dorado Hills. Dr Zahn is currently engaged as the Mindfulness Based Leadership Coach for Von Housen Mercedes-Benz and sees private clients on Mondays and Fridays.SpecialtiesCognitive Therapy Solutions specializes in the delivery of evidence based therapy Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness training for the relief of depression and anxiety.
