The Hilltop Collection Restaurant & Banquet Center

The Hilltop was originally named “The Castaway” Established by David Tallichet, one of the first themed restaurants, its now under new ownership "The Hilltop Collection". The Hilltop’s grounds are adorned with Polynesian-style buildings and décor, waterfalls and American & Mediterranean contemporary cuisine with a tropical touch. Dedicated to providing a welcoming atmosphere filled with the finest food, libations and first-class service to match its exquisite views, The Hilltop is truly San Bernardino’s shining gem on the hill. The Hilltop is currently open for Sunday Champagne Brunch and private events.
